By accessing and using FieldPro AI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including athletes, coaches, parents, and facility administrators.

2. Description of Service

FieldPro AI provides baseball training analytics, player development tools, and performance tracking services through:

• Web-based player profile and analytics platform
• Integration with MLB-grade training technologies (Trackman, HitTrax Pro, Rapsodo 3.0)
• Partner facility access and booking systems
• Performance data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Player development insights and recommendations

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

Age Requirements

Users under 18 years of age must have parent or legal guardian consent to create an account and use our services. Parents or guardians are responsible for their minor's use of the Service.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Training Facility Use

Facility Access

Access to partner facilities (such as ONC Labs) requires separate booking and may be subject to additional terms, waivers, and fees established by the facility operator.

Safety and Conduct

Users must follow all safety protocols and facility rules. Inappropriate behavior, equipment misuse, or violations of facility policies may result in access suspension.

Equipment and Technology

Training equipment and technology systems are provided for legitimate training purposes only. Users must not attempt to interfere with, damage, or misuse any equipment or systems.

5. Performance Data and Privacy

Data Collection

Performance data may be collected during training sessions through integrated technologies. This data is used to provide analytics, insights, and development recommendations.

Data Ownership

Athletes retain rights to their performance data. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Data Use

We use performance data solely for player development, analytics, and service improvement. We do not sell personal or performance data to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without explicit consent

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FieldPro AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent.

8. Payment and Billing

Facility Fees

Training facility access fees are set by individual partner facilities and are subject to their payment terms and cancellation policies.

Service Fees

Premium features or services may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's availability, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

Training Risks

Athletic training involves inherent risks. Users participate at their own risk and should consult healthcare professionals before beginning any training program.

Limitation of Liability

FieldPro AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
